I am an American who has been working in Spain as an intern at a Spanish company and they have decided that they would like to hire me permanently. Neither myself or the company know how to go about doing this legally and we have been having difficulties obtaining concrete information in terms of the steps and process. If anyone there knows where we can find this information, it would be greatly appreciated.
