Moving from England back to US

My wife and I are US citizens who have lived and worked in England for the past 26 years. We are thinking about moving back to the States and wonder what obstacles we need to overcome. Specifically, and most importantly, what about health care? What will we hve to consider about buying a house, bringing money into US and paying taxes etc.?? Obviously we have worked in England, paid taxes and enjoyed their 'free' healthcare. Any help with these queries would be most useful and appreciated. Thanks, Jim and Mary Ann
